Memoirs of a Woman of Pleasure (popularly known as Fanny Hill) is an erotic novel by John Cleland first published in England in 1748. Written while the author was in debtor's prison in London, it is considered "the first original English prose pornography, and the first pornography to use the form of the novel." - From Wikipedia

"Fanny Hill" is the 2007 mini-series adaptation of the aforementioned controversial novel. I haven't read the original book but I found this TV adaptation to be enjoyable enough, if only because I like the lead actress (Rebecca Night, only 22 at the time) and the generous dose of nudity and sex also helps. It's about a 15 year old farm girl who becomes a whore. It's like Memoirs of a Geisha with tits and ass. That comparison may invite you to think this is some kind of sophisticated movie with a moral message. Well, it is not. This is just another above average erotic comedy - one that is not vulgar and doesn't feature toilet humor.

Nudity-wise, it has much less sex and skin than the 1983 version.
