This is Claude Chabrol's 1990 adaptation of Henry Miller's Quiet Days in Clichy. It tells the story of a young, penniless and expatriate writer, namely Henry Miller, who spends his days in Paris brothels, presumably in search of inspiration. Those lovely muses certainly inspired him real hard.

Unlike the 1970 Danish version, the sex scenes in this one are pretty tame. However, it had a big plus: Giuditta Del Vecchio in all her naked nubile glory. I didn't find any concrete information for this actress but I read somewhere that she was underage at the time. It certainly looks that way to me. Or it could just be wishful thinking.

Note: the nude actresses are Italian, not French.

Video quality leaves a lot to desire, but this is the only rip of Jours tranquilles in Clichy that I could get.
